What qualifications and experience do your staff members have?

Our staff members are highly qualified and experienced in early childhood education. A number of our staff team holds Masters & Bachelor’s Degree in Early Years & Education. They hold relevant qualifications such as CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education, NVQ Level 3 in Early Years Care and Education, and have undergone extensive training in safeguarding, first aid, and behaviour management. We do give opportunities for upcoming talents to grow their potential also and we have few apprentices.
